Our Spaces

• Packard Room - located on the first floor of the building, this room seats up to 200 people and can be divided into two separate rooms for smaller events.
• The Clipper Room - this room seats sixty people comfortably.
• The Victorian Room - seats approximately 120 people.

The Main Ballroom

Located on the second floor, the main ballroom seats between 400 to 450 people depending on seating arrangements and can be broken down into four breakout spaces for separate business meetings/events. The ballroom has a 3rd floor mezzanine that overlooks the dance floor and is absolutely stunning. There is another beautiful staircase that can be used as a grand entrance for the bride and groom and their wedding party.

The rooms can seat many different arrangements and capacties depending on the style-- standard (round tables for weddings and parties), classroom, lecture, or board room. Whether you are booking a wedding, a fancy social or business event, or a corporate meeting, we have the style and size of room to fit your needs.
